Hubert Cioromski, President
Realtor, broker, developer and institution board member, Hubert and Troy Realty have been involved in hundreds of millions of dollars worth of real estate transactions throughout the past 25 years. A Carthage College alum, Hubert serves on the board of directors of these entities: Plaza Bank, Metro Bank Group, Park National Bank & Trust, Northwest Association of Realtors, Polish American Congress, Park Ridge Fine Arts Society, Realtor Association of Northwest Chicagoland, Copernicus Center, Executive Board of the Chicago Society and the State of Illinois Education – Real Estate Division. An active member in the Polish community, Hubert is also the organizing sponsor of the Taste of Polonia.

Bill Gold, Vice President
Bill has a wealth of experience representing Chicago clients in need of sale, acquisition, relocation and expansion. 1,500-sf to 200,000-sf users of Class A, B and C retail, multi-family, office and industrial properties have all turned to Mr. Gold for creative solutions. Bill understands and expertly manages the negotiation process with his client’s best interest in mind.

Ron Bild, Vice President
Ron has been in the commercial real estate business for three decades.  Mr. Bild has successfully developed, leased or sold over 10 million square feet of retail properties. He has purchased and sold land for retail and residential development. In the 1990’s he headed up an Asset Management Team for CB Richard Ellis that managed, leased and sold REO assets. Ron has represented retailers such as Marshalls, Armanetti’s, Toys ‘R’ Us and Fuddruckers.

Patrick Harris, Associate
With over 30 years of both real estate and hospitality industry experience, Mr. Harris specializes in guiding clients through the purchasing, leasing and management of any size project. Patrick boasts an MBA in Management, Finance, and Real Estate, and carries several years of experience as CEO and/or President of several multi-million dollar firms. This experience grants Patrick a unique perspective and advantage among competitive brokers. Mr. Harris is also a licensed Business Broker and Management Consultant.

Matt Chapdelaine, Associate
Matt specializes in the sale of commercial properties – primarily healthcare real estate – and cash flowing assets across the Midwest. Mr. Chapdelaine is a licensed broker in both Illinois and Wisconsin, and has represented the commercial real estate needs of banks, funds, and private individuals for over 10 years, closing over $100M worth of commercial real estate over the past 3 years.

Paul Yaffee, Associate
Paul boats 23 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in single-user commercial and industrial properties on Chicago's north and northwest sides, and within Chicago’s near north suburbs.

Matt Cavanagh, Property Manager / Associate
Mr. Cavanagh joined Troy CRE in June 2009 as a property manager and broker associate. He has since been involved in managing and brokering the sale of numerous multi-family, mixed-use and retail properties. Matt is a graduate of DePaul University, where he studied Real Estate Finance/Investment. He is former President of DePaul University's Real Estate Organization (REO), Associate Board member of the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation, and a member of ICSC Next Generation.

Nicholas Pilafas, Management Director
Mr. Pilafas is a licensed broker specializing in multi-family, retail and industrial real estate. He prides himself in achieving and maintaining the optimal return and value of the properties under his care. Though his focus is primarily property management, Nicholas is also involved in the acquisition and marketing of investment and commercial properties for sale or lease.
